1. What accessories can you Customize？
We can customize Royal Shell Sheet / Shell Sheet Veener / Inlay Purfling /Fingerboard Inlay/ Truss Rod/Tuner Logo
2. Do you have MOQ on Customized order？
Expect the fingerboard inlay MOQ could be 1 piece, the rest accessories MOQ is 5-10pcs depends on the accessories you select.
3. How long should I wait the Customized accessories？
Normally need wait 15-30 days.
4. After received the Customized accessories ,can I return the cargo and request refund？
Customized products can not be returned or exchanged unless there were defects when you received it. Before delivery, we usually send the pics to clients for appearance checking.
5 .What info should I provide before placing Customized order？
■ For those accessories Royal Shell Sheet / Shell Sheet Veener / Inlay Purfling, please send us Material, Size (length,width,thickness), Quantity .
■ For the Fingerboard Inaly , please send us fingerboard Material , Size and the pattern you want to inlay.
■ For the Truss rod ,please send us the type and the length.
■ For the tuner logo, please send us the type and send your LOGO CAD drawing.
