Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to activate.

International Orders: Customs & Import Fees
We are delighted to serve customers globally. Please note:

Recipient's Responsibility: Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Pre-Check Recommended: We cannot predict or control these charges. We advise checking with your local customs office prior to placing an order to understand potential additional costs.

Important Notices

Address Accuracy: Double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not liable for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address corrections or redirections during transit may incur additional fees.

Shipping Restrictions: We currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted countries. A list of currently unserviceable countries is available upon request.

Delivery Issues: In the rare event your package is lost in transit, please contact us at service@luthierhome.com. We will initiate a trace investigation with the carrier and work with you to find a resolution.

Delays Beyond Control: While we partner with reliable carriers, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, customs inspections, or other unforeseen logistical events. We do not issue refunds solely based on delivery delays but will actively assist in resolving the situation.

Policy Updates: We reserve the right to modify this shipping policy, including fees and serviceable areas. The policy in effect at the time of order placement will apply to that purchase.

TAX AND DUTIES

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Checkout page. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery times and shipping costs.

We could sihp to the U.S. & U.K under DDP term but  to other most of countries under DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) term,  which means that product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties.Once your order arrives at its destination, you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes for the location that you’re shipping to.
